Ng Su Yee

Principal Physiotherapist | Orthopaedic, Vestibular & Neurological Physiotherapy

Su Yee brings over 10 years of experience in physiotherapy, with deep expertise in orthopaedic, vestibular, and neurological rehabilitation. She has worked with patients across the care spectrum, from acute hospital admissions to long-term recovery, and is known for her patient-centred approach to managing complex trauma, post-surgical cases, and chronic conditions.

For nearly a decade, Su Yee served as Principal Physiotherapist at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. In this role, she led the inpatient orthopaedic service, co-managed the Total Knee Replacement programme, and drove collaboration between physiotherapy and occupational therapy teams to deliver more integrated patient care. She also held leadership responsibilities as Deputy Lead for inpatient physiotherapy, managing a team of over 20 staff.

Beyond the clinic, Su Yee is a respected educator and mentor. As an Adjunct Lecturer at the Singapore Institute of Technology, she developed and taught curriculum in orthopaedic physiotherapy. She has conducted workshops in vestibular rehabilitation, mentored clinical supervisors, and spoken at national forums to advance standards of care.

Her contributions have been recognised through awards and international opportunities, including the Singapore Patient Engagement Initiative Award and a Health Manpower Development Plan fellowship in Geriatric Trauma Rehabilitation at leading centres in London.
