Muhammad Farhan Masismadi

Principal Physiotherapist | Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy

Farhan is a dedicated physiotherapist with nearly 10 years of experience across hospitals, primary care, and sports medicine. Passionate about helping athletes perform at their best, he currently works with the Football Association of Singapore, supporting national football athletes both on the  field in the gym through tailored rehabilitation and performance programs. Most recently, he served as Head Physiotherapist for the Women’s National Team during the AFC Qualifiers 2026, providing medical support and guiding athletes back to peak condition.

Before his current role, Farhan trained and practised extensively within the SingHealth cluster, including Singapore General Hospital, Sengkang General Hospital, and SingHealth Polyclinics. His experience ranged from managing acute inpatient needs to treating chronic musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions in outpatient care. During this period, he served as Assistant Team Lead for the musculoskeletal department and was awarded the SingHealth Quality Service Award (Silver) for his commitment to patient-centred care. He was also actively involved in the Orthopaedic Diagnostics Centre, contributing to research on orthopaedic outcomes and developing workflows for various orthopaedic conditions.

Farhan is also a passionate educator and mentor who enjoys sharing his knowledge and inspiring others. He has led exercise and rehabilitation classes for patients, conducted in-service workshops to upskill healthcare staff, and guided physiotherapy students through their training as a clinical instructor. As a certified Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) instructor, he has also equipped healthcare professionals with essential life-saving skills, blending clinical expertise with a strong commitment to teaching and mentorship.

In his free time, Farhan enjoys playing football, working out a t the gym and leading a healthy lifestyle. With a strong interest in biomechanics and football, he combines his expertise in physiotherapy and rehabilitation with the medical skills he gained as a combat medic during National Service working as a physiotherapist in the football scene.
