Conditions & Services
Do you offer home visits?
Do you treat children and elderly patients?
Yes. Our physiotherapists have experience treating patients of all ages, from paediatric sports rehabilitation to chronic pain and mobility support for seniors.
What conditions do you treat?
We treat a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, neck/back pain, joint pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, frozen shoulder, and nerve pain like sciatica.
Can physiotherapy help with posture or desk-related back and neck pain?
Yes. A physiotherapist can assess your movement, joint mobility, muscle strength and workstation habits, then recommend targeted exercises, manual therapy and ergonomic changes to reduce symptoms and improve long-term function.
Can children receive physiotherapy?
Yes. Physiotherapy for children uses age-appropriate assessment, exercise and movement-based rehabilitation for sports injuries, posture concerns, pain or mobility difficulties. Treatment is adapted to the child and discussed with their parent or guardian.
How does physiotherapy help with sports injuries?
Physiotherapy helps by assessing the injury, managing pain and swelling, restoring movement and strength, and guiding a gradual return to sport. Your physiotherapist can also provide exercises to reduce the risk of the injury recurring.
Can physiotherapy help after a road traffic accident or whiplash?
Yes. After an appropriate medical assessment, physiotherapy can help manage stiffness and pain, restore neck and shoulder movement, rebuild strength and support a gradual return to daily activities. Your treatment plan will be tailored to your symptoms and stage of recovery.
What is targeted radiofrequency therapy?
It is an advanced non-invasive treatment that uses radiofrequency energy to generate deep tissue heating, promoting blood circulation, pain relief, and rapid tissue recovery.

Your plan may include education, targeted exercises, movement retraining, manual therapy and practical self-management advice. The exact approach depends on your assessment, condition and personal goals.

Yes. Physiotherapy may be combined with massage or other appropriate treatments when they support your recovery goals. Your physiotherapist will explain which options are suitable and coordinate care where needed.
What should I do to maintain benefits between visits?
We provide simple exercises, stretching routines, and posture tips to support your recovery. Following these at home helps extend the benefits of care.
